Piwa Food AB adheres to the regulations governing surveillance cameras according to the Surveillance Camera Act (2018:1200) and the General Data Protection Regulation.

Where surveillance is conducted, we inform with signs. The purpose of our camera surveillance is to prevent and deter crime and accidents, investigate crimes and accidents, and create a sense of security for the company's employees.

Recorded material is automatically deleted after 30 days. According to the General Data Protection Regulation, those under surveillance have the right to request that their personal data (images) be deleted, and this will be done within 30 days. This does not apply to material being investigated after a crime or accident has occurred.

In the event of a crime or accident, recorded material will be provided to law enforcement agencies or similar upon request. No other dissemination of recorded material will occur from our side. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding recorded material.
