Here you can make a complaint about a product you are not satisfied with. 

To proceed with a complaint and figure out what might have happened, it is important that you provide as many details as possible and preferably attach a picture.

Save the product and/or packaging if possible.

You will receive a confirmation by email that we have received your complaint. We will get back to you as soon as we can, normally within 5 working days.
